started her career selling lake resort
property in the Cedar Creek Lake area.




After moving to the Athens area in 1998, she opened
an office in Athens and expanded her market knowledge
toinclude other nearby area lakes, such as Lake Athens,
Echo Lake, Safari Waters Lake, and also began selling
farms and ranches in near by New York
(Texas, of course!), LaRue, Baxter, Montalba,
and other areas SE of Athens.

Karen Daniel has been an East Texas resident for over 35 years. She has been involved in many aspects of the real estate and title company business, as well as customer service for over 10 years.  Possessing an AAS degree in Business/OFA from Trinity Valley Community College and continuing her education regularly in Real Estate with Texas A&M Commerce, Karen is a great marketing assistant for Stacey.
